Garden Helpers 

• The Stobs tended the garden last week.
• The Stobs delivered 2# of peas to Food Gathers and have some in the frig to deliver this week.
• This next week, VZs will tend the garden.

Food Gatherers: pounds delivered

• So far, 7# of produce has been delivered to Food Gatherers. 
• Reminder: If you pick food from our garden and are unable to deliver it to Food Gatherers because they are closed, refrigerate the food and take it in the next day they are open.  Each person is responsible for taking the food they gather to Food Gatherers.  Thank you.

Garden Schedule 

We continue to have 1 week remaining that needs a volunteer to tend our garden.  

Please let me know if you are willing and able to tend one or both of these weeks.

Other News that remains

1. The garden gate door has something chewing away at the wood, where the top and bottom sections meet.  It is noticeable when you open the door and look at the end.  I watched for a bit, but did not see any ants or bees coming and going.  Please keep an eye on this and notify me if you discover who are the intruders.  Thanks!
2. Our Faith and Food Garden Sign is in need of attention.  It has done well for 5 years, but now needs to be scraped, sanded down and some new polyurethane applied.  Is anyone able to do this from this group?  If not, could anyone recommend someone and even go a step farther and ask them if they would be willing to give our sign the attention it needs.  Please let me know.
