Faith & Food Friends,

   

Garden Helpers 

• We thank Kun Wha, The Kesslers, The Okonkwos and The VZs for tending the garden over last month, respectively.
• Kun Wha delivered 18 pounds of produce to Food Gatherers during her week.
• The Okonkwos - 41 pounds.
• The VZs  - 138 pounds of tomatoes and carrots!!! Wayne took a picture of half of the carrots he gathered.  It is attached. 
• That's a total of 178 pounds delivered in September! WOW!

• Next week I will tend the garden.

• Food Gatherers: pounds delivered

• So far, 254 pounds of produce have been delivered to Food Gatherers. 
• Reminder: If you pick food from our garden and are unable to deliver it to Food Gatherers because they are closed, refrigerate the food and take it in the next day they are open.  Each person is responsible for taking the food they gather to Food Gatherers.  Thank you.

Watering

•  Please turn the water on and off at the extension, located in front of the church, near the corner of the raised bed, by the stairs.
